I received my order for a Garvey 10 CNC kit and an extra sheet of ply on May 30. The shipment arrived damaged...it had been run-over. I pointed out the damage to the driver and he gave me a tracking number and told me to contact the shipper, which I did. Upon further inspection the kit was all in a jumble but was salvageable, although some pieces did have tread marks embossed in them. The extra piece of plywood has a corner missing. It is also the wrong piece. I ordered the Italian to match the kit, but got Joubert. I reported the damage on May 30th and was asked to send photos. I sent photos of the damage on the 31st of May and followed up with emails on May 31, June 3, June 5 and June 8. Except for the original request for photos they have been 100% non-responsive to any of my emails. Short of contesting the credit card charge, I don't know what to do next. Any thoughts?
