.....and it's always a good idea to know how deep the water is and how deep you draft...Never let those two dimensions get too close to being the same!!

"hangy off the side abominations" = lee boards i would think it would be really squirrely without a keel of some sort. i like the idea you're looking at though. for a sail, you could propably find a used sailboard sail and mast and be all set. i wonder if you put on a full keel, maybe about 4-6" tal...

the 10-5/8" vertical you mention is correct, however, look at the horizontal dimensions to layout the bow transom. properly drawn out the sides of the transom will be at at angle, not a vertical like it seems. it's very slight but it will match up to the side. look at the print. the top edge of the ...
