Yes, when sides are formed against bulkheads the sheer appears and you will require supports. I used 2x 20litre buckets under middle bulkhead.
give it a go, it will work. :idea:

Hello fellow builders, Just a quick question, I have cut out the two longitudial frames with 1/4 ''(6mm) and cut out some access holes for tank ect. The plans say thicker size should be used. Should I carry on, as strenght may an issue, to hold me on the seats! or should I re size to larger thicknes...

Thanks for that info, just one more thing if I may use your knowledge. When marking out the bottom, which way did you have the boat, right side up or up side down if you know what I mean? :doh:

Hello Builders A question I have is that on close inspection of plans they show a clear defined inside edge of the bottom ply being aligned with the inside of sides and transom, is this necessary,or can one just sribe the shape on to the ply using the outside edge of the shape from the sides ect? wh...
