Re: Scout?

I'd like a self bailing cockpit in case she sits on a mooring for a week during an extended vacation. It would really put my mind at ease. I worry a lot when I have my d15 in the water during a prolonged rainy period. I do not think a hardtop is necessary, although I would like canvas for sunny days...

Re: Scout?

Devlin's Scout is really neat. Along those lines, these are some images that I have been digging recently. They are all old Chris Crafts, some from the kit boat division. Just food for thought. 24' utility cruiser, maybe not enough cabin, but really nice clean look: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com...

Re: Scout?

That sounds good, a bit bigger than what I thought initially, but that's okay. I was thinking of modifying a P19 or 21. Here are some of my thoughts: Can I challenge you with the requirement that it can sleep 3 - two adults and one kid? Bunk? Hammock? Also thinking it might be nice to have the optio...

Re: "View New Posts" to not show Bilge posts

Joel, thanks for your response. I assume you are referring to the "latest forum posts" column on the left side of the bateau2.com home page? Is this list limited to the last 10 posts?

Thanks for your cute advice to not click on the bilge links,CL. Really helpful.

Re: "View New Posts" to not show Bilge posts

yes, I see them regularly and I would rather not as the views expressed are often quite polarizing. If there is a setting I can alter in my control panel to not see these posts please let me know.

"View New Posts" to not show Bilge posts

I like the "View New Posts " link on the front page of the forum, it is a great way to follow what is current without going through each topic heading. Is there a way it can be configured to not show topics from "The Bilge" as I am not interested in reading posts not related to boat building.

thanks.
