I got it to work, You will not have any problems using that 3 HP motor I ran my boat for a lot of years with a 3 HP OMC it was a nice unit but someone broke into my truck and took it, So now I bought a 6 HP 4 Stroke it is to much for the boat I can get 6-7 MPH at 1/2 throttle and if I open it up mor...

Your deck area I have had no problems with that being strong enough to support the weight I have had 2 180 pound people up there a number of times with no sine of it being soft. The only place I have felt any soft areas is in the floor of the cockpit some times you can feel it there so an extra lair...

The problem i had with my rub rail was water getting in behind it so i has some rot show up on the rub rail there was never any problem with water getting into the boat. If you run a line of bog along to seal that top of the rub rail to the hull you should not have any problems like that.

It is not hard to rool it I did it by myself with no problem and I did it more than once just think of where you place your lines and you run a few lines to catch it as it goes over center then you back off on those

it might be an idea to put some bog around the window frames on the outside it might help keep water from getting under them. Just a thought. I used telecom powder and epoxy it was way cheaper than the micro balloons and it sands just fine you can bye it in bulk

if my memory serves me right I think it should be raked back around 3 degrees either 2,5 or 3
