Re: TW 28

In a year I'm probably going to put my TW28 in water. Cutting the ply according the plans wasn't a big deal compared to endless sanding :D Looking back that was most enjoyable work and it didn't take as much time and effort. I don't understand how you'd mount that twine engines on the box keel of tw...

They are calling it the beast from the east. Scotland is cut off apparently from England, it still snowing here like a blizzard. This...

I painted this section with bilge paint, drilled a ho...

Re: sealant for bronze exhaust

Tony,
thank you for your reply.
Yes, I'm going to use 5200 or something similar from Sika, which is easier to get on this side of Atlantic.
Cheers,
Dario

Re: All quiet on the TW28 front?

Now that Rick took a temporary leave, I wonder what is happening to the other TW28 builds. Colin, Corto Maltese, ...everything OK. progress? New starters? Just came back from 3week hollidays on the seaside. Tuesday back to the shipbuilding: all frames in, beside D, support for deck done, engine mou...

Dear Rick, take care. Work something easy, like sanding for instance
I for sure miss your posts.
Cheers and health with you!

Think they're still going to have to drug me to get me into one of those infernal contraptions!
Thanks for the file, Rick.
Don't exaggerate with drugs, as you can loss that beatiful itchy sense after sanding :D
