Man I sure do not envy you working overhead. I am sure you are happy that part is done.

Re: D5 Build

With as much V as there is in the bottom I would think you do not need a skeg. What do the plans say? It might be needed to help stiffen the bottom and if that is the case then yes you need it.

Re: Alan's C17

Alan I am pretty sure the picture is showing the lower panel installed and the upper is yet to come. In the picture you can see where the frames extend on down for the upper panels.

AA do you think it could go as extra luggage
My buddy Dan was talking about wanting a hard bottom skiff for his Californian. Too bad the boat is not 4000 miles closer. I may end up building him a GV at some point.

Re: Sintes 21 Rebuild

I have to say having a work bench/storage area is a huge help. If I had a little more room I would build a rolling bench to keep along the side. Re: D5 Build

Keeping the clowns sorted out on this forum is one of the things that make it so enjoyable to be a part of  So are you messing with the FS any or just c...

Nice workbench you've added to her transom.
I keep hoping that at some point it will have other uses but I have my doubts at times. The part of building where you see no major changes at the end of the day is tough. But I try to remember what the Cracker said about one bite at a time.
