Jacques, would be great if you could offer a series of TW boats - 28,30, 32 etc. I would have sufficient space to build a 32 version. I know that it is not easy to do, but with the help of CAD it should be possible. Sometimes a larger version similar to your GT 27 may be an interesting alternative. ...

Jacques, another question: Between station B and C is close to B a bulhead between the bed and the bottom sole. Is this structural? Can't find any details with regards to this piece in the plans. Can also not find details with regards to the bottom of the anchor locker between lower end of the samso...

Jacques, I have studied the dimensions of the engine specified in the plans and I have doubts that this engine will fit. The stringers are used as engine bed (girders) and the flexible mounts of the engine will sit in between the stringers (at least at the rear end of the engine). If iread the plans...

TW28 long panels & fiber butt splices

Jaques, sorry, I cannot find any laminating instructions for the butt blocks in the plans. If you recommend 2 layers of biaxial tape with offset for the inside do I really have to laminate the outside also with 2 layers? I have only done plywood butt splices in the past and no experience with fiber ...

Engine TW28

A dealer makes me a very attractive price for a VW marine engine which is sitting in his showroom. I am not sure whether this 5 cyl SDI 55 hp engine will fit. Dimensions under http://www.vwmarine.com/index_e.htm
would like to get your opinion.

TW28 fiberglass splices for long panels

Which fiberglass to be used for these long and heavy panels. Is the fiberglass for butt splices included in the BoM? If not, how much will I needand do you recommend 1 or 2 layers?

TW28 Plans

Have received the TW28 metric plans. Great and very detailed plans. Two questions: 1. Can´t read the laminating instruction on the construction plan in the big circle. Metric and american measurements are both printed on the same place. 2.Station C shows a camber towards the bottom panel but I can´t...

:D Will you also offer precut plywood kits? At the moment shipping cost for the material needed for a TW 28 to Europe plus duty is on the high side.
