Re: ST21 Hybrid Powered "SKINNYDIP" Noosa Australia

Michael, once upon a time I thought I would spend my honeymoon on one of those Halvorsen cruisers. Unfortunately, when I married we just couldn’t afford it!

Re: ST21 Hybrid Powered "SKINNYDIP" Noosa Australia

I'm a bad loser, so I rarely fish. It's why I love good fish mongers, seafood pubs and seafood restaurants. :D

Re: Transom issues on Clara!

I'd rout out a nice wide channel along the crack, then pour in a thin mix of epoxy/woodflour and let it settle into any crack below the channel, then fill the channel with a good thick mix of epoxy/woodflour. Cover with 12 oz biax, fair and paint. Good as new! :D

The bracket has 6" of lift and a 2" rise built-in. I assume you mean 6" of setback and 2" of lift built in! As for the answer to your question? I wouldn't have a clue. There are so many variables. In the case of my boat, where I put a motor with a 20" leg on a boat with a big transom, everyone was ...

Re: OD18 - NH Technical Questions

I have both Lenco and Bennett tabs on different boats. The Lenco tabs are easier to install unless you get the electric Bennet tabs. The Lenco controls also seem to be nicer. Electric tabs require less maintenance and take up less room in the boat. The performance is comparable. On my brothers boat...

Re: Anyone Fishing?

Can't let "Anyone fishing" slip too far down the page Here's another video from our recent trip to the NT. Another slomo! If you look carefully at the start of the video you can see the lure delivered up tight to the timber on the very left of the screen. A mate has a saying where barra are concerne...
