Thank you Bill for your thorough explanation, it is very helpful. I remember my Dad foaming in all of the sections in between the stringers, but I don't remember if he cut limber holes or not. My guess is no, since water seems to be trapped in the bilge. Your photo helps me know how to understand mo...

My dad JimMac built me a FS17 and right away we noticed that water would pool up at the front of the boat.
