Re: New Boat Builder Central Website

Hi, This new page looks very nice and that on the FS13 plans start page are 4 pictures of my FS13 makes me smile with my mouth from ear to ear. The only thing is that the button for more pictures for the boat plans does not bring them up yet, but some other guy reported that to you already. Jacques ...

Re: building in a narrow space?

Hi, Like Tony said in a post further up I built my boat in a narrow space. You must make sure that on the level concreted tracks you have 4 castor wheels which can swivel and can be locked by stepping on little plates. The most important thing is you can move to the side as close as 2 or 3 inches to...

Re: AD 14 KIELGE

Hi George, Thanks for the good description how you get the boat into the water especially the tip with attaching a line to the roof rack of the car. I want to do it exactly like you my only problem is the slip where I will let it into the water is very shallow and I cannot push the trailer far enoug...

Re: AD 14 KIELGE

Hi,
Thanks Tony this is a wonderful list I will leave it lying around so my family members know what birthday fathers day or Christmas presents they can give to me. Lying around lists have worked before. I am looking forward to good reads about my retirement hobby.

Re: AD 14 KIELGE

Me too, because I have not ordered a book for sailing for quite a while and this gives me again a chance to learn more about it.

Re: AD16 Myrtle Beach

Hi, I agree that an old guy like me can also only crawl around on the deck of my Adelie sail boat. I do not dare to stand on it even when it is on the trailer in the driveway. My balance feeling is getting worse with advancing age. My son half my age has no problem with it and can put the mast into ...

Re: AD 14 KIELGE

Hi, Things are moving after my Winter hibernation I cut the lawn for the first time this year and now I will start sailing with Wilde Qualle in about 2 weeks for the first time with its junk rig. Only a few things I have to do before I sail. I have to mount an electric plug for the outboard motor ne...
