As you can see from this close-up the veneers are between 1.5 and 2 mm (tick marks at ~1mm) veneers.jpg At 3 plies your plywood would have veneer thicknesses of ~4 mm, which is just within the standard's limits by the looks of the thinner face veneers. Very nice! kinda reminds me of a combination of the dash panels we did for the Jetabout, with the color scheme (red and black carbon/kevlar cloth) and the bright finished (white pigmented epoxy filled) deck.
