I carry limes, onions, peppers, cilantro and salt for off shore trips. Fresh ceviche is hard to beat. Takes 30 minutes to "cook " in the lime juice. Mix everything up the night before in a good sealing container and just add the chunks of fish. Of course the fish must be legal and added to any bag ...

Winds were only about 5knots but we still had a great time. It was also the first time using full sail. Traffic in Murrells inlet was hectic at the docks but it was like heaven once we got past the jetty and into open water. My nephew and his friend are on liberty from the Marines- it was their firs...

Did a practice rig to get her ready for tomorrow. It’s supposed to be quite windy so I will have her sail reefed as seen here in the last pic. Can’t wait!!

The boat is looking great and I like the pic! I especially like how you strategically figured out just how high off the shop floor to build your boat in order to not hit your noggin on the overhead :D
