Re: AD16 Myrtle Beach

Here is my set up for the flip. The cabin will rest on the tires and the seat tops will rest on the 2 x 4 . The height of the 2x4 is 30" so I should still be able to access the hull ok and have enough room to crawl into the cabin from underneath. I also decided to start working on the Rudder. It was...

Re: GT27 Build (Wes K)

Thanks Chuck. I may need to try that. Right now the problem isnt the epoxy though. It's just so hot under the cover that even drinking a bottle of water every 30 minutes I start to get nauseous and light headed after awhile. It's routinely 100 to 120 under the tarp over the hull so I just cant stay...

Great job Coach. 8) Your boat looks like she is hovering over the pool.
 I was thinking the same thing, almost like it's photo shopped. Really cool idea and now you know she floats.

I would point out that since I drew on the hull, Boogie has managed to schedule all the events when I'm out of town.
I should probably warn Fuzz about you!

Re: AD16 Myrtle Beach

Thought I'd post a few updates: Today I ordered another 1/2 gal of S3 yacht primer. It should be enough (or pretty close) to do the sides and bottom. Also made my final decision on the paint. I have a gallon of Interlux Perfection Mediterranean white on hand and it should be enough to do the whole b...

Re: Vg20 finally underway

I’m guessing you are probably doing a lot of beautiful work behind the scenes ... any updates ? Your build is my favorite thread on the forum so I get thirsty when I don’t see anything new from you

Re: AD16 Myrtle Beach

Nice progress Bogie, keep going and you still be in the water by the end of Summer Hi Karl! Thank you! Yes, there is a good chance I can have her in the water by fall, but I won't be able to purchase her sails/ rigging until next year. It's ok though because I can take her down to Murrells Inlet an...
