Hope you can get to the underside of gunwales to butt block. This is for certain something I’ll do with my FS19 build as I plan on installing gunwales. Bringing these issues up at least helps the ones like me who follow close behind.

Re: Outboard bolt patterns?

Matt,

Photo came through if that’s what you thought may not work. So you think if I use dimensions on diagram and make bores decent size I should be good?

If so I’ll see what a couple manufacturers specify and compare

Thanks

Re: GF16 battery in bow, wire size?

I’ve been running battery in bow 2 years in a 16 ft with 2005 40 Yamaha. Not sure how research got me there but been working flawlessly with frequent use.

I intend to mount a 25” shaft outboard directly to transom. Is there such thing as a standard bolt pattern for multipl...

Re: FS19 (-5%) in GA

Type of cloth best for covering strakes and spray rails? I glued pre-routed strakes in place using braces to ceiling joists. I then filleted joints and covered in 12 oz tape. I plan on gluing on spray rails using temporary screws. What’s the best material for covering spray rails? I’ll need to fill ...

Re: FS19 (-5%) in GA

I should have mentioned that they’d be glassed. Thanks for tip. I will round before gluing down. Does placement as well as 8’ length look ok?
