Thanks fellas Food coloring is an interesting idea. I dont see any cracked seems, possibly one on the top edge of the slant chine (I'll try to strip the paint in that area to get a better look tomorrow. I had built an OB15 quite some time ago, I used the US measurements and did not have an issue.
