I went through your gallery and can't see any rocker or hook in the hull before you flipped her, and your inside work looks spot on . The recommendation to check it now is still a good one, but I dont think that's it. I recently went from a 3 blade to a 4 blade on the OD18, and gained almost 2 inche...
