I am going to start demo'ing this weekend. Once the plywood surrounding the outdrive hole is out, I figure I will fill the hole in four steps. 1) fit a previously laminated double layer of 3/4" ply patch to the transom and through bolt to get good contact with existing outer glass. 2) glass the plyw...
