Will use a plastic sheeting that is usually used in commercial kitchens this is white but it gives a wipe down surface for the walls the uphostery maybe a shade of blue the ceiling not sure maybe grey

Will be mounted on gimbals plumber reckoned it would be better. He did a lot of research on the regs. He should be good I hope taught him and I was his head of year so only gotmyself to blame if he gets the science wrong.

Daughter was catering for a big local funeral but had another job on when food needed laying so Dad was drafted in to do the job running around to get the food out of the vehicle went down some steps with leg sideways and tore something by the right knee could stop as mourners were turning up a hour...
