When you get it in stock I want to try spraying it. I have sprayed other high build primers with good results. May need to remove strainer from gun like I have done with some brands.

Thanks. I get the splice part and the greater length of material used use to make the splice...that part I've done before. I assume that said thwart, etc will end up being a bit short because of the now missing butt joint, but that is all. So each cross member will be made wider by the thickness of...

You can do scarf joints if you prefer. Scarf first then layout. May take a little more plywood. Maybe you can find 48"x98" sheets by Joubert.

Cool boat Dee. What is that and who's plans? Go kids. Love to see you working with your hands. My six year old son and I just finished a canoe this weekend as our first project. Can't wait to see how your boat turns out. Be sure to wear gloves and dust masks(when appropriate). Jbo It was a free pla...

I'm thinking a lot about a boat in the style of the Rescue Minor but designed for our material. I can't design a nice tunnel with developed plywood but this may be an hybrid , either foam sandwich or sheathed strip. I just finished cutting parts to build mold for twin tunnels on a 50' sport fisher ...
