I didn't check your math, but the way the foam works often doesn't follow the math, either. The warmer it is the more it expands, and the bigger the volume you pour the better. Lots of builders end up having to order more foam because they didn't get the expansion they calculated; it's not that the...

Need a little help. Two part flotation foam (50:50), 2 gals. (A&B) makes 8 cubic feet. I need to pour 10 pockets size 3" x 16" x 16" = 768 cubic inches 1728 cubic inches = 1 cubic feet 1 cubic feet is 1/4 gal. = 32 oz. 1728 cubic inches = 32 oz. 864 cubic inches = 16 oz. Added cloth beween the stringers and up 6" above the chine. Forgot to laydown cloth after the seams were taped! All is good now. I'm adding a sole from aft seat to a lowered front deck. Got her turned over. Sanded and layed the tape down. Put in stringers and ran EZfittet on one side. I let it set abit then wetted out and ran tape down both stringers. A few hours later... 3:40 am, I realized I did not cover the inside of the hull with cloth!!!! I was going somewhere and was not abl...
