Im trying to figure out how to eventually mount a removable casting platform on my forward deck without having anything to trip over when it's not installed. Has anyone ever used these? copy that jacques, yea cutting the holes for the fuel, throttle/steering. Since they're not to large anyway i think i will mount the deck and then cut once i mount the motor. shouldn't be more than cutting holes, backing them up w/ 3/8" ply and a little touch up paint

Im gettin close to mounting the rear deck. Hatches will be in tuesday, still gotta get cleats and push pole holders though. Anyway, soon ill be ready to glass in the deck. However, i dont have my motor yet. Any suggestions for prepping the areas in the deck where fuel/ throttl/ steering go through? ...

Draining the cockpit of my FS17 in the same way Shine did his. Is one piece of 9mm glued/fiberglassed to the hull (6mm with fiberglass inside and out) going to be enough to drill and fill for a plug? It looks like Shine only used one piece of 9mm, just doesn't seem real thick. What's the minimum amo...

Would this be legal I don't see why it wouldn't. I plan to do the same. It seems quite a few people put the fill directly over the tank. If(when) you're sending unit goes out, you can just keep a marked wooden dowel on board to monitor fuel usage. that said, I've been wrong before. someone with boa...
