The sheer line can always be cut down slightly if want a more curved line. Depending on the plywood nesting, there might be enough to increase it slightly too. I cutted it down. Followed the option for that in the plan, and I like the look of the curve. I am considering to do the same with the last...

It depends . . . Usually, I would specify around 5/8 for the hull. BUT there is much more to it than foam thickness. Much much more, don't take any chances. Hey Nordman, The 70 comes standard with a 15 pitch prop, but my boat is so light I had to get a 17 pitch to keep from over-revving the motor.
