if i wanted a 31 footer that damn bad , i wouldnt have the patience for a 1 to 2 year build. i would just buy a boat. tons of them on the market and in repossession.

it wouldnt really matter much if the bottom of the boat was conductive since that outboard hanging in the water back there is conductive in relation to lightning. you can really get down to pins and needles when you think about brass through hulls , transducers, temperature probes and all that other...
