Hi Karl.

Everything looks great! I'm a little curious if the washboards will handle the weight of the keel ok. Will you have to have the boards in every time you raise or lower the keel or will it be attached only for trailering purposes?

Did you remember to drill out and fill the screw holes with epoxy? If not it might be worth it to try to inject some into the holes before you have full cure on the glass that might be covering them. A few pics of my progress on the CB Case. Pictured is the starboard side of the case. The spacers, which are made of knot free pine, are glued on with thickened epoxy. I used some lightly tightened drywall screws to to attach the spacers to the plywood then removed them after everything was cured. I...

You are making good headway almost time to install the frames for the inside then it starts to get a lot stiffer and looks more like the shape it will end up at. I ended up putting a second chunk of wood on the bow just to make it stronger not needed but that is what I did. try and get as much sand...
