The only thing I know enough about to comment on Actually is Marine paint. System Three‘s advice is totally accurate. Absolutely no worries after 14 days. You can have peace of mind on that. And by the way it looks beautiful.

If you have a small compressor they make these handheld sandblaster’s I got one at Harbor freight that would probably save you and awful lot of work and preparation of the trailer.

Salty, I have everything from 36 grit up to 320. However, for faring depending upon how thick it is I usually use an 80 to 100 grit. For wood flour I usually could go from 60 to 120 depending on what I’m doing. I only use the 36 grit if I mess up and make a really big ridge or something that needs t...
