Hey crasea, Where did you fine that nice Brass Tube? Is that for your Drain Hole?

Anyone have any reccemedations on where to get a Stainless or Aluminum or Brass Drain Tube.?

Ok, So I cut the Template for the Transom and Actually had the time to Cut the Ply as well. I will post pics soon, sorry. Right now I have the 2 Pieces of Ply fitting Tightly into the boat. They touch the sides and the bottom and match pretty darn close. Now I just need to trim off the 1/2" as Shine...

Ok, I think I am on the same page now...

My Next Steps.....

1) Finish Grind the Skin so it is as flat as possible to accept the New Transom.

2) Place the New Transom with about a 1/2 to 1/8 gap all around.

3) Pipe a Bead in the 1/2 to 1/8 Gap.

jacques, I was planning on using the Ply I am using on the Transom. MadRus suggested that, but that too I am wondering if it will just pull from the sides.... I was planning on Glueing the Ply to the side just like what I am doing for the Transom. Glueing then Fillet bead and Biax to sides and Trans...

No time over the Weekend, but Today I removed the last bits of the old CRAP. Now I am ready to put it back together.
