Re: AD16 Myrtle Beach

Congratulations on the new Tipsy hauler! that will make it easier to go when you want to. I am no sailor but I can see where the new swivel block/cleat will make things better for controlling the sail. Hi Fuzz!!!! Thanks buddy👍 I’ve been looking for a vehicle for months- patience finally paid off. ...

Re: Prop help

Dan with the VMax a 13.5 x 15 would be the correct propeller. Your speed will go up a mph or so but with your weight not a lot. Instead of the plain Aluminum prop look at the aluminum Talon prop. It may be more appropriate for the size and weight your pushing. Talk to the dealer It just reads bette...

Re: FS14- Bayou City Boat

Stay safe OQ. She is heading right for you Thank you Bogie, looks like we are going to be missed by a few inches and just get the "clean" side of it. Hoping that we don't get much rain, need to work! It has now clouded up and the air has that dry moist heavy feel to it with the wind starting to sti...

Re: FS14- Bayou City Boat

How are you looking for the minor storms heading your way? :| My two weather stations here at my apartment do not show any changes yet. They both (at 29.88 inHg, but the more sensitive one just went to 29.89) are showing the barometric pressure is going up. Anyone live along the coast for a decade ...

Re: FS17 After 10 Years

In a few weeks it will be 10 years since I registered my FS17. I've enjoyed the boat greatly over that time and still check in from time to time to see what others are building, always with extra interest in this design. That said it seemed like a good time to provide some feedback about positives ...

Re: FS14- Bayou City Boat

 :D Those that have been following should get a chuckle too, cause I have been making thing way more complex than they need to be. Just this morning I mounted the main power supply terminal block and inserted the battery cable ends I made. The little clear shield that covers the posts will not...

Re: FS14- Bayou City Boat

Last of the hatch hardware, I hope! 7281 The game plan is to fair the top side of the hatches and apply the 4oz glass. Drill the holes back through the glass. Neat coat the bottom side of the hatches and use the nylon bolts to pull the tee nuts into the countersinks while the epoxy is still green, e...
