Re: Panga 20 Build

Re: Panga 20 Build

Seems like I'm at a stage where I can do a little and have to wait.

Re: Panga 20 Build

Thanks for the kind words. I have been a little slow this past week and got a little done. I managed to tape one seam on the deck and I also cut out the sides for the console. I borrowed a design that I really liked from another user.

Re: C19 in Richmond, VA

No matter what I tried a little dust was present. Short of a controlled environment, i think most people end up with some dust. Looks great.

Re: Tabbing stringers and bulheads

Sounds like a comprehensive process for sure, BarraMan. Marking the locations and the glue blocks along the sides seem like key parts of the process. Only step I believe I will add is to take the time to cut a few lateral pieces to fit between the stringers temporarily to keep them vertical and par...

Re: Coach's SC-16 in MA

What level of finish did you have on the floor before you installed the Seadek? Was it topside? Trying to decide how much time I want to spend on my floor before I cover it with Seadek.

Re: Panga 20 Build

It was a struggle to get all of the epoxy glue on the cleats before it hardened. Another person mixing would have helped. I made it just in time before it setup too hard. Sanded a radius on the inside and outside of the deck. Its ready for fiberglass after I fill a few holes. Should I use biaxial or...

At least with the tint, I'll know where I've coated.
