GV10 Frame dimensions

Post by MikeyGnz » Thu Jul 11, 2019 3:57 pm

Hi Jacques and Evan

On my GV10 build I would like to lay out the frames as a single piece rather than the multi piece construction shown on the plans. I have calculated most dimensions but am having trouble with the seat heights. Could you please give me either Dimension A or Dimension B as shown on the picture below. I need it for each of frame 1 and frame 2.

I sent a PM to Evan asking about this but I don't think it sent. Apologies if this is a double-up.

Thanks

Mike

Yeah wilk do but I am in Turkey right now on a business trip! Will be back Sunday night so will answer then. Note that seat height is not critical so if you are eager to get going just go ahead. Aft seat will be higher than the forward.

Evan gave me the model years ago. No need to wait.

For B and A:
Frame 1 : 298 and 193
Frame 2 : 400 and 87

Note that this is measured, like the other dimensions, to the point of the keel, not the edge of the limber hole. That point is where the extended bottom sections meet.
