You are correct Fuzz I am stretching a 28 out to 33. Doing the stringers in it now. The hull and bracket are built. Once I am done there I hope it pics up some speed

Couple cool shots of the boat running. Florida Sportsmen is putting it on the project dreamboat show.Scott from deepseevisuals is flying the drone inside the console. He also did a lot of in the water shoots. George Lebonte host the show. I sold my first project boat to him in 1996. It was a 17 mako that I redid. It really started all this madness!

Now that is a sweet looking ride. Great job.

Makes me think about doing a bigger project.

Also, how does a boat like that ride in a wicked bad chop? Does the tower man need to come down? Guessin so. I just have no idea. Then do the bigger Bertrams get better and better for ride quality in heavy stuff?

I use a seal from trimlock. We buy it in 500’ rolls. It is .5” wide x .3125” thick.

The tower gets very sporty as you increase speed. Trolling up there isn’t bad even when it gets big.
