I'm really sorry to hear that Fuzz. All the very best to both you and your mom.

David,
Having just passed the year mark for my father, my heart is with you brother. Tough stuff, but part of the job as a son.

You don't have to do anything to prep for our visit. As you know we are pretty low key. Focus on your mother for sure.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts guys. I know many of you are either going through the same thing or have already been through it. It is just that part of life we all go through.
I still have plenty of time for the forum, just hard to get a long enough block of time for boat work.

Thanks a lot buddy. Not to worry we both are ready for you guys to visit :D
The Seasport and dory are both fishing ready so no problems with having something to fish out of. Of course the dory will seem slug slow now that you have a rocket

Fuzz having lost mom and dad in the last year my prayers are with you and your mom. Spend what time you can with her as we are missing them now on things like Mother's Day and dad's birthday.

God bless

Just read Capt UB's bad news about his mother, and thought of you Fuzz. How goes it?

Thanks for asking Michael and all you other guys.
My mom is not at the point where she is ambulatory but she has reached that stage in life where she needs someone with her round the clock. She is just like my father was and will not hear about not living in her home so my family members are all taking turns being with her.
This has pretty much ended my boat building free time for now but some things in life are more important than boats.......hard as that is to say  My little boat job will get done when it gets done, it is not that big of a deal.
