Hey MSRiver I'm the other Dolphin owner that you saw on Hulltruth with the rebuild. These are the images I have on hand,I'll try to shoot several more this weekend. I'm in the process of rewiring and installing new electronics myself.

Couple more just for fun, I only fish offshore with mine, been 12 miles out without issue and stuck in solid 4'-6' seas and was able to get back to the inlet without much of a pucker factor.
Well its been awhile since i was last one here. Dont know exactly how to put my progress but just been busy as all get out, and daylight hours are only getting shorter and temps are finally cooling off in the delta. With all that i finally got all supplies in and got to work. used my cardboard template to cut out my transom board out of marine grade plywood, just found that it would be more cost effective and work just as well. So epoxied the 2 boards together.
It was hard to make the boards fit exactly to the boat but got it as close as possible. This was a pic of just a rough fitting. as you can see the corners were hard to get to fit snug.
then just sanded the existing with 80 grit to get all clean.
Finally came to epoxy the transom into place. Well thinking of doing it at night with cooler temps would help the working time but as i soon learned 1/3 or so i was going to use to fill in the holes cured so i was left with the gaps around the sides. I later came back and just mushed epoxy in all the gaps and made a fillet to glass to go on next.
Then Glass finally went on, been dealing with rain and somewhat high moisture so the epoxy turned white, it is not white from the glass not getting wet out properly, as when i was wetting out it was all clear, but when i came back out to cover it up with a tarp it had already started sprinkling a little bit but my buddy said it should sand right out. Other than that its super solid and not worried a bit. Its 2 layers of 1708 first layer going 4" second layer going 8".
Between all that i got to work on the cap some and have all the old bs wood whoever decided to build the cap with. Should be able to start cutting wood and getting the shapes for all that soon and epoxied in before its too cold.
