Please tell y’all don’t have the actual flat earth people. I was hoping that was a uniquely “stupid America” trick.

Good luck with the funding.

I tried to say something but God thought I was wrong and filled my mouth with saltwater. I kept my pie hole shut after that.

Many thanks for the funding well wishes cape man, OQ, and Jaysen.

Tonight Noosa Council voted 6-1 to match The Nature Conservancy's offer of $1.2 million to fund continuation of our Noosa River Oyster Reef Restoration Project. Science informed community action backed by at least $2.4 million will prevail. Phew! :D

The need to get Skinnydip workboat ready is mounting. :help:

Now get that boat done! You have oysters to plant!

Fortunately the oyster reef trials of the past couple of years have established that there is still enough oyster spat in the system to not require replanting. :D

What is missing is suitable settlement substrate. We'll be using recycled oyster shells to replace reef substrate lost a century ago due to oyster reef dredging to functional extinction.

Good news for Mother Earth!
"that it isn't just an ordinary sort of boat. Sometimes it's a Boat, and sometimes it's more of an Accident. It all depends." "Depends on what?" "On whether I'm on the top of it or underneath it."

I love reading about a person having success with a project they have such passion for.
