Small gap in the puzzle joint, will fill with a little GelMagic in the morning.

I thought about putting tape on the back, but decided not to.... wish I had!

Three more panels to make...

I agree, the transom looks too nice. Hang it on the wall and build another. Great progress, I'm upping my finished boat tally to 3 for next years meet. Build on. Mike

Hope to have tape done this weekend. May rain this weekend. I found that a 18" x 3" 80 belt sander cuts the GelMagic down quickly. Got to watch the ply, it will remove the ply too.

I think I see a few voids in the chines. I think you’ll want to fill those with gel before you tape over them. Voids will create a weak spot behind the glue.

If those aren’t voids and are just dark spots. don’t worry about them. Just make sure they aren’t voids.

That's were the wire ties and spacers went. I'll fill them when I tape. I used GelMagic, grest stuff!
