Jeff, I must say boat building is an adventure unto itself.

Thanks Bogie, even though the interior is small I hope it will feel like a big boat.

I've never had the opportunity to be in the cabin of the VG20, but it seems the most was made of the available space. Looks like there's plenty of sleeping room in that cozy v berth and I'm sure the addition of that hatch will make it seem even roomier. It also looks like there's plenty of room in the galley area, as long as one is ok doing everything from a seated position. I know I've said it before and I'll say it again. I love your boat! And you're doing a great job on her.

Thanks Bogie for the kind words and interest you have expressed.
I know you will enjoy your boat too, just from the spectacular work that you have done!

Hi Rick! Happy New Year! Any new progress on your fine build? Your thread is my favorite one on this forum. Anyway, I should be rolling pretty good again by early spring as the rest of my plywood (8 sheets) arrives today and I picked up flotation foam last week. Got to save a bit more for more epoxy, tape and glass though...

Hi Bogie, and a happy new year right back at you. The rainy season has spoiled my weekends lately and the holidays had us running in too many
directions.
Before Christmas I started working on the galley area a little bit and this is where I am on hold until I get a good weekend .

Thanks for asking,
Rick

Wow! That really looks great! If she were mine I'd be tempted to sleep in there already :D Thanks for posting the pic.

Rick, great looking build. I am in the middle of an AR15 and after seeing your pics, I am thinking "awww man mine doesn't even have a cabin, much less a galley!" Btw, that custom built sliding hatch was impressive!

Everything built on this boat is impressive! Very nice work!
