SB-18 in Port Townsend

Post by Robert Olson » Wed Jun 16, 2010 12:41 pm

Hi all, have been progressing slowly on the SB-18. Hanging out in the other bay of my shop. Added some more photos to my page. If interested see photos at the attached address.

Would like to launch next month but am short on cash right now!

Appendages! :)

Nice clean spi pole install as well. You could almost, if impatient, launch it now as a motor cruiser. But I'm not trying to give you any ideas.... although... it would be the first one in the water that I know of.... :)

I was finally able to add a few pictures to Robert Olson's album "SB-18 in Port Townsend". Hope this makes it easier for all to see some photos of my SB-18. I will try to add more in the coming days.

Call the guys who publish "Small Craft Advisor" magazine. They are in Port Townsend. I'm sure they would love to see this beauty. They might even help with on the water photos. I'm serious. That boat is sexy.

I just hope mine turns out well enough to do justice to these. Beautiful work guys.

Yup, even unfinished everyone that sees the SB18 I'm building whistles at her lines. The thing is the men whistle then go and marry a different design :x. I guess she's not for everyone.
