The boat looks secure on the car top, but I'd worry that as it is the straps will rub your car's paint.

I hope not, as the straps are more static so very small movements is expected to rub paint, but I will think in some material between straps and paint to minimize that chances

After a expending a lot of time in not so important things like work, finally I could resume my pleasant work, the boat, today I glassed the skeg and fiber glassed it, on my defense on all this time every time I got a chance I sand the hull as much as posible, 5 minutes one day 15 another and so, but today I was able to dedicate almos 4 hours, 3 sanding one on the skeg
