I like the way your live well turned out and the boat really is coming together. What size tank did you wind up getting in the area you wanted? Looks like it was make for the space!
I settled on a 12 gallon tank only because of space constraints. The larger ones were either to tall or to wide... During scallop season I can always tuck a small kicker can out of the way if i need too.

I cut a few holes in the boat, rear deck hatches are in place. Next I'm moving up to the front deck to finish the fish box section.

Man that is really looking good! With all that wood shiny like that you going to be doing some sanding to get anything to stick to it! Are you going to cover with cloth or straight to paint on the decks?

i resin coated the rear deck a while back to keep the weather off it because its been under the carport for so long. I'll sand it back and cover in cloth once i get everything below deck sorted out. The deck and hatches are on there for a temporary fit. i still have wiring and pumps to hook up before i glue any decks down.

My water tight hatches leak like a sieve. Make sure all your lockers have drainage. I didn't, huge mistake.

What are you saying? If you drop your beer it could get sucked out to sea?

If you drop your beer you get tossed out of any boat I’m on. So beer getting sucked out to sea could be an advantage.

I tried to say something but God thought I was wrong and filled my mouth with saltwater. I kept my pie hole shut after that.

I just planned for a wet ride. all of my hatches and under deck storage have drainage to the main bilge(pump on each side of the tunnel). sole will be drained out each side at deck level. all of the under deck drain holes/scuppers are big enough for that empty beer can to pass through lol. You never know where those things might end up. 8)
