I knew something was wrong only hard to determine from pics what it was, I'm glad you figured out what it was, what gave it away, this?

Unless they are cut wrong
Build on! 8) 8)
Yea kinda ! I started with jig making sure everything was correct. Last thing I did was lay stringers on floor and measured again ,problem solved!

Potentially stupid question, Peter I looked at a couple of your photos I can't really see both sides at once I'm starting to cut my bottom Hall panels does it matter that the joints all line up the same ? Side to side I mean

Not sure what you mean, is it this? if so no it doesn't matter, see the panels as a mold that stays in, the glass will bring the strength.

So... today I got all bottom panels cut and glued/taped 2 joints. Didn't feel as though got as much progress as I thought I would however I do think so far that's been the easiest task, we'll see how they fit together on The Jig. Currently working on layout for the chime step. I find myself lost and thinking I am missing measurements on my print. Kind of like one of my station drawings Peter. Am I wrong ? Should I not have measurements on the far right of the two chimes step pieces ?

I'm sorry I don't understand. If the chime gets narrower towards the radius on the second portion of the chime detail I don't understand where you're saying the measurements are.

this one done!

working on this what stumps me is the red circled area, where am I getting that measurement from?

same for this I have them laid out up to that last two foot increment.

Aha, sorry I think I understand what you're saying. The measurement is the next piece correct? And the last piece you just bring to a point at the last increment?
