Has anyone painted their hull, flipped it, and left it on supports for up to a year? I’m wondering if I need to put something between the supports in the hull paint to prevent sticking?

When we flipped the FS19 it was put on the trailer which has carpeted bunks. All of the rest of the work was done with it on there.

If you are blocking it up, consider using carpet scraps to protect the hull,

System Three said if paint dries for 14 days won't stick to anything. Rolled the hull today and set the hull now on carpet. Almost done, right?

Your hull looks very nice! Almost done?..... Surely you jest :? I didn't keep an accurate log on my build.....but pretty certain many more hours after the flip than before, but I think you are well aware. Your build is moving right along...very exciting to watch...thanks for posting your build. I am biased towards the C17, having built and enjoyed my own for the past five seasons, come here every day to watch these beautifully designed boats come together.

I will mock up the interior per the plans with cardboard, then customize from there. a bit of work to do before that. Seems I have more time to work on it when the weather is bad than when it is good. Will be slow progress this summer i think.
