PH22 Strong Back

Post by Service Call » Mon Jul 15, 2019 4:22 pm

Hi Everyone, New guy to the forum First time boat builder , well eventually I will be, just getting started. I finished building my strong back yesterday and it seem okay. There doesn't seem to be any specific dimensions for any given boat so hopefully i'm close? The phantom 22 is a little under 22 feet long with an 8'6" beam and i built my strong back 22' X 5' does that seem okay?

It looks good from here. The PH boats have a flat deck and there is no interference between the strongback and the framing except maybe at the transom.

Thank you Jacques, I'm looking forward to the Build. I seen the recommendation to start with a smaller boat after my son's seen the PH22 so i'm jumping in head first!
