OD18 steering cable

Post by LIVEWIRE » Sun Jul 03, 2005 12:36 pm

i've got a twin cable setup in great shape but the cables are 13 foot long.
will they be long enough for the od18 built with a center console positioned per plans?

you know the old saying, you got to pay to play?
i've had, and i like it.
doesnt matter if its a 5 dollar part or a 5,000 dollar part.

the twin cable setup does fit my engine and it didnt cost anything but its not what i want either.
i figure by building the od18 i'm saving myself 17-20,000 dollars if it keeps me off a dealer's lot.
i think i can afford hydraulic steering out of what i'm gaining.
it's a small price to pay.
