I just wonder what Alabama did to hurt you.

We can have a SE meet and a Gulf of Mexico meet.
One does not exclude the other, I would travel to Alabama or Lousiana.
TX is a little far but somewhere around Mobile or Biloxi would be nice.
I don't want builder to spend too much on travel expenses instead of building materials.

If somebody starts a Gulf of Mexico meeting thread, I'll make it a sticky and we can discuss the two at the same time.

Exactly. That's all I'm saying too.

Nothing at all. I just consider Alabama to be on the central GOM coast and not the SE coast, that's all.

If it's any consolation to yall, TomW says that I owe you apology, but he seems to be geographically challenged, also. So I apologize if I offended anyone.

I'll copy it for yall, since he can't post, under his real name...
Larry I think you owe Royce an apology. After all Alabama is next to Geargia geogragically and is definately in the Southeast, how can you say it's not.Confused smile Also if you are elimimating Alabama, you have to delete the guys from Tennessee, and Joe from Michigan, Will in DC, and others.Confused smile I just want to point this out to you and don't want to cause any trouble but since I can't post on the forum this is the only way I know to tell you I feel you are wrong in this.Confused smile We have had a Mississippi member come when we held the meets in Chrystal River. He had a very nice PH16. Open-mouth smile Deb fished with him the second year.

Respectfully, Tom
He also doesn't seem to get that it's not where you come from to get there, it where it is held that makes it a SE meet
His spelling hasn't improved either.
