AR15 BOM question

Post by Russ-T » Tue Mar 27, 2018 10:21 pm

Hello,
On the AR15 plans it calls for 12 panels of 6mm plywood. But on the nesting I only see 10 panels and the website study plans also say 10 of the 6mm. I'm thinking I only need 10 but I'd hate to find out i'm 2 panels short with the price of shipping. Any ideas on how many panels I need. Thanks.

This one is for Jacques. Be patient, he usually answers within a day, often same day even.

It's 10.
The study plans say 10, the nesting shows 10 but the building notes say 12. We will correct that.
I think it is due to the kit using 12 sheets because of the width of the router bit.
In your case = 10.

I just recieved my plywood! That was the quickest and best communicated freight order I've received! Thanks for the great service! In the next couple weeks there will be a new thread started in the builders section :D
