Well you know what you have in front of you :help: I am not sure how that thing stayed together. Heck you can clearly see the delaminations in the pictures. How thick is the hull glass? I am not sure if three or four stringers would be best. I am dang sure no matter what you it is going to be better than what it was. I am not sure how some of these hulls stay together
Ha ha yep I know how to pick them, Hull is solid so far and it has a solid glass transom. One thing about it I find enjoyment in the challenge. I’m with you I was shocked when I took it apart. The boat was built here in Florida. Lol I’m with you anything would be better 😊

What a mess! The egg crate is what Jacques does on his designs. Following his genius designs is what I would do.

How wide is the boat at the waterline?
Thanks Sig, 78” it’s a tub. I’m thinking one centerline and two per side, build out of laminate 3/8 to make up the 3/4 stringers as well as the frames. Slot them all together to make one frame. Glass all pieces individually prior to installation then tape it all in three layers 1708 16”, 8” then 6”. Also thinking of three layers on the chine they had mat and it is also delaminated in spots. Was thinking a start up order of 5 lbs of flour, 6 gallons epoxy, 4 roles 6” 1708, 10 yards 1708 cloth, 10 yards 12 oz.
