For sure I would avoid it in any layups, it would be a prime suspect for delamination.

The adhesive side peels off of cured epoxy pretty easily, for example I use it to tape the seam when gluing two panels together, once the epoxy is cured the tape peels off no problem and the small gap between the panels filled with epoxy is smooth.

The top side of the tape is pretty slick as well and any drips i get on it break off pretty easily when peeling it back.

I am sure some of that depends on brand, etc... but I dont think its worth the risk leaving in anything you want to stay bonded together.

Even if the epoxy stuck to the duct tape perfectly, your lamination would only be as strong as the adhesive holding the ductape to what's under it. Definitely don't want any tape to stay in a lamination.
