I like my epoxy about 85 degees to work with much thinner and easy to wet out glass.

I like your point here, but a C19 one man layup might be trouble at 85F.

The cure time would be decreased.

The larger point is well appreciated.

75F is better here..

I did a two layer layup 20' long about 75" wide with 12 oz biax and it started to gel on me and I was badly rushed...thus my note...it was about 72F

This weekend I held garage temp at 66 after warming it up from the low 50s.

Using fast hardener I rolled on neat first. Mixed up batch 2 with wood flour, filled gaps with piping bag, then laid pre cut tape, and coated with batches 3, 4 and 5. Was never rushed.

Transom and keel 2 layers Saturday evening, chines on Sunday!
