Hi Guys,
I just got off the phone with Topwater John. He is doing great, his house and boat are undamaged. 8)
He said he didn't even lose his screen room! He has no electrical power other than a generator.
I also spoke with Wadestep, pretty much the same story other than his power has been restored.
Wade did not suffer any major damage either! 8)
John rode out the storm in The Villages and Wade and Robin were in West Palm Beach.

Cape Man, we will verify and get back to you by Friday. I really believe they are fine over there as I have stopped by twice but no one at the office. Jeff

Guess who's back . Got power last nite and got to shut off the generator. No damage here to personal property or the boat.
These boats are tough :D Strapped it down to the lift with 6 33,000 lb straps and let it ride. Thank god no big storm surge.
Neighbor told me as the storm approached it totally blew out the water from my canal . My canal is 8" deep this time of year 8O
I want to thank Richard for checking up on me . Anybody that knows Richard and his family knows they are good people.
Novi 23 finally launched !

Well... Irma may have just killed my builders meet up plan. the phone call when something like this...
Lawn Guy: Well... there's good news.
Jaysen: That's great.
LG: No, you misunderstand. There is good news... as in it isn't all bad news.
J: @#$#@ !#$! !@#!@% !#$!@ @#^$@#$!@#
LG: Yeah, pretty much.
J: Let me have it.
LG: I know what you care about, so I'll start there...
J: Ok
LG: That bitty bit thing...
J: You mean Lil Bit?
LG: Yeah, that's it. Lil Bit.
J: Oh f***
LG: Oh No, She's fine.
J: Thank God!
LG: That's all the good news.
J: Eh. I have insurance.
LG: That's what I thought. You'll need to come down and check the rest. I'm not willing to get on the roof.
It's easy for us to be carefree about it. We have all our important stuff in Charleston. The pics I saw actually don't look bad. I think it's just a few impacts from limbs hitting the roof and bouncing off. Maybe replace 3 or four metal sheets and a bit of ply. Unless the inside got wet. Then... Mrs wanted to remodel anyway.

But Lil Bit will be there ready to go when I show up Friday. That's all that maters. Right?

Hope everyone else makes out as well as we have so far.
