SOLD! FS18 and a Yamaha F25 SOLD!

Post by ctbeutel » Wed Jul 03, 2019 10:47 am

I am selling my FS18 that was originally built by Fishgitr. The boat was just repainted using graphite epoxy on the bottom, Interlux Perfection on the hull and inside and kiwigrip on the sole and decks. It has two dry storage compartments and is ready to fish. The Yamaha F25 comes with electric start and is warrantied until 2/21, only about 20 hours on the motor. Oil in the top and bottom was just changed along with the filter. The trailer is aluminum. The wheels, hubs and axle are all in great shape. It comes with the stock aluminum prop, fiberglass push pole, carbon marine tiller extension and a Motorguide Xi5 Co-Pilot trolling motor. The boat needs absolutely nothing and is ready to go. I'm just looking to build something a little bigger. Feel free to call or text me at 904-651-4767. Located in Jacksonville, Florida, $5,800

Thanks Jeff! I was a little worried because it was crickets and then all of a sudden I got three calls back to back. She is going to a new home near Orlando. Wasn't sure how to delete the post so if you could let me know what to do I will take it down or if that is something you need to do please do so.

I have had no less than a dozen texts from "Dave" the guy that bought my FS18. He was considering a Gheenoe and is overjoyed that he bought the FS18. He added a GPS and sent me a few photos of the modifications he has made. I have given him feedback on the modifications and future repairs along with where to go for supplies. Boatbuidlercentral.com of course. I made a good friend in Travis (fishgitr) after buying his boat and I and I feel like I have made another friend with Dave. This is a great community and I am excited to get started on my next build!

That’s great, it’s not often you buy and sell a boat and make 2 friends in the process. 8)
I’ve met Travis and also bought a boat part from him. He is a fine young man and accomplished boat builder.
