Having trouble logging in? delete old cookies

Post by tech_support » Mon Apr 13, 2009 11:17 am

If you are not able to login to the forum since we made the trasition last week, you may need to delete your old bateau2.com cookie.

How to do this depends on which browser you use, but cookies will normally be listed in (tools/options/security) or (tools/options/privacy). You then select all the bateau related cookies and delete them. Next time you login, your computer will be given a new cookie.

Isn't it possible and easier to use the link on the bottom of the bateau page "Delete all board cookies" next to the link "The team"?

Couldn't get it to work until I remembered to delete the cookies from forums.bateau2.com not just the bateau2.com cookies...using Firefox

I am not sure this is the correct place for this but I am having trouble accessing tutorials. I am just getting started on a FS14 and the plans refer me to tutorial pages but the addresses do not work. An example address is http://bateau2.com/content/view/41/28/. When I go to the address I get webpage cannot be found.

We'll fix the link, it is broken.
You can access all the tutorials from here:
http://bateau2.com/howto-index.php

All our boats are built the same way but check this tutorial:
http://bateau2.com/howto/boat_in_box/index.php

It shows the FS12, same shape than the FS14.
